Can be quite noisy as you can hear voices next door but we didn't mind much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a find. An assortment of accomadation options to chose from. Open space with surrounding bush and short walking tracks along side a bubbling brook. Clean and quiet and yet 5 minutes from the one way system into Dunedin, North side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are staying more than a night in one of the studio apartments take your own tea, coffee, sugar and soap. As the rooms are not serviced. Stayed for 3 night. Charged motel prices. When asked the manager for supplies he was quite rude. We have stayed in this park many times. Different management now. Would not go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect for budget accomodation but you need to expect things to be lack luster. The rooms are tiny with paper thin walls so if you're spending most of your time away from the room it could be worth a look. Beautiful surrounds like you're staying in the middle of the bush could make it very inviting for campers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly host. We stayed in a studio cabin with our own facilities. For this type of accommodation they offered the best price I found. The studio was very clean and the decor was fresh and stylish. Hand soap and shampoo were provided in the bathroom in dispensers. The usual hot drink sachets were provided on arrival and lasted comfortably for our 3 night stay. Fresh clean linen, warm blankets and a good heater. The whole campground was clean tidy friendly and quiet. I highly recommend this property. Thank you ?
