★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Len Millar Motors (Turangi) ruined our Easter weekend...by telling us our car had blown up. It took 3 days for my hubby to arrive...from Northland and he had the car totally fixed...in under 3 minutes....and we travelled safely back to Northland...from Turangi...after the nightmare Len Millar Motors caused us by saying the vehicle was un-drive-able. I would NEVER recommend them...in a lifetime.

I asked for a quote for the total cost to fix a problem for my car and was told that they will ring me within an hour, but never received a call back.
So I rang the shop, and I spoke with the receptionist it was a voice of a grumpy old lady.
Never experienced such customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mechanic is very good. cheap and affordable. However the lady on desk is an absolute Bit*h. Very rude and unpleasant to deal with. Everything is to much trouble. Very unapproachable and unprofessional. Len Millar would do better getting rid of her.
