Since 1972, Mazda has been offering New Zealanders vehicles that are a little out of the ordinary. These guys were absolutely amazing. We had vehicle problems on our way north through Taupo. Diagnosed issue, had the part and fixed in an hour. Highly recommend!!!

These guys rock! I was travelling to Taupo for work when my car decided to pack it. When I called Central Mazda, I was thinking it was a long shot they could see my car the same day and offer some assistance so I could drive home. They did just that. Fixed my car inside a couple of hours and even gave the car a really good clean. Great service! Highly recommended

My wife took her beloved CX9 there for routine servicing. We have had this car from new for. Normally we had it serviced in the Hamilton dealership but took a punt on the local service facility. After about 1500 km driving post-service we got a low oil light. It took about 1.5 litres to bring the level up. Took this up with Central Mazda. They were adamant they had done the service correctly...and went so far as to point out that the vehicle was not new and could be burning oil...it had done 80,000 km and had full servicing. They pushed their product under the bus to save face, and reiterated that they had done nothing wrong. My wife took it up with the national Mazda manager who stood by his people not his product. So after i topped off the oil, it has not leaked a drop. For about 20,000 km. So these guys failed on the service and blamed their vehicle rather than taking ownership. Up to the top of the chain. We'd never go here ever again, nor buy a Mazda ever again.
