★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sonia’s zumba classes are awesome. Saturday mornings in Royal Oak always have a great crowd and atmosphere. It’s a great workout and Sonia is easy to follow. Due to COVID classes that I’ve been to were outside weather permitting. Fresh air, music and dance. Heaven! There are mid week classes too at YMCA Ellerslie.
