★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service and system is very poor. At other halls the member can book a court and any friends can come and join. Not the case here, each friend has to pay extra to play. Have had much better experience at other badminton halls. Will look elsewhere to join.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a member for nearly 4 or more years at this club. Customer service has been poor after female receptionist left. The owner is self-indulgent and self-centered, this is because during the first lockdown, my membership was not even pause as the owner seem to keen wanting the membership money. I even asked the owner personally back then why it was not pause and he said no sorry and he even confirmed this on the phone call when he ranged me about my first review that I had left him. Furthermore, the owner prioritise his own games rather than helping customers as he would just leave his customers hanging for 10 to 15 mins after his games, but to him it was my fault for not booking 24hrs prior. Also if there is a court available, you can’t just book and play due to his regularly 2 months updated rules, where this information is only available on his websites and not even a notice through your email. Admin mentioned that I should remove the word greedy and selfish in my earlier review and told me to talk to my lawyer about this, as it seems to me that he is looking to sue me on this review. Sure, I would not mind, as this my opinions as I can do whatever I want. Admin you should be happy that I don’t even use words that are inapproipate. Admin mentioned that I should not categorise him under those 2 words, well you can tell yourself that and look at the mirror, you giving me those 19 days back does not mean we are even when you owe me way more than that if you count the first lockdown and I did not even bother trying to take those days back since I know the type of person you are and you will always come with many excuses. So, I decided to leave this club since there are so many non-sense rules and I just can’t be bother dealing with the owner. Also, I recommend you guys to take a bit of that extra distance to travel to Lloyd Elsmore badminton court instead. Funny thing is he banned me from stepping on his court due to the previous review I left for him, such childish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy online bookings system. Reasonable pricing. At least 13 courts that I can accounted for. Easy access. Plenty of off-street parking although its on-site parking is limited. The building is currently adjacent and next door to a construction site, which restricts access to the building somewhat but not a big issue. Highly recommended?
