β β β β β Calling me despite saying not to. Telemarketer seemed untrained and unprofessional and borderline rude. Told them politely I wasn't interested but got pushy, ended up hanging up on them, as a firm no was just ignored.

Constantly CALLING every month.
I did not ask for them to contact me. Pure cold call.
The Indian woman was very difficult to understand, she refused to tell me how she got my private cell phone number which is not listed.
She was very rude when I probed for information on the company.
Suspected scam, website has no testimonials apart from indian names, the company's register shows the director is indian. I have no issues with indians except when they are this pushy.
The website is full of English grammatical words and spelling mistakes.

β β β β β Indian lady is very rude, she refused to tell me where she got my number from i suspect spam, she totally hung up on me after i told her to remove my name from their data. The number that they called from is not a number known in nz.

β β β β β I am not sure about the service they provide, but a cold call about insurance in this day in time, is too risky. I asked where she got my number from and said they can not disclose who, but that it was passed to them from a 3rd party.
Nothing against the lady who called but perhaps if they give us more information, that may help customers feel more secure about who they are sharing information with.
