Getting a first home is not an easy process. I had been trying for 3 years with various banks and many mortgage brokers, but to my dismay my application kept getting rejected. My earnings were good but it included commission which I get from selling Big Ticket Items, and banks exclude commission as they say its not a guaranteed income. With 4 people in my family, house prices escalating and every week our money getting wasted in paying rent, I got really demoralised and started planning to shift to Australia. With Gods grace a friend of mine who had been through very similar situation introduced Kiran from Premium Mortgage to me.
She took the load off my shoulders.
