★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop assistants may need education/training on medications. Ordered my script today, the shop assistant put the medication down as a cream when it only comes in tablet form. Was then told all antihistamine tablets do the same things just pick the cheapest pack.I did find the lady that worked in makeup very helpful and she matched my skin colour perfectly so wasn’t all a bad experience however some adjustments could be beneficial.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How unfortunate, a medical facility, discriminating against a person who, medically, can't wear a mask. There's a reason we are granted mask exemptions. This is the first pharmacy I've been declined service in the Waikato, and I have to pick up medication weekly. It's time to restructure your policies Life pharmacy. Discrimination is so gross.

Extremely disappointed that a medical facility is discriminating against individuals who medically cant wear a mask, even when offering to present a valid medical exemption. Was told to stand outside for them to bring me things to look at. No thanks, won't be going back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a face covering exemption issued by Ministry of Health. i.e. the Government of this country. I entered this store today 13 June 2022.
A rude, blunt female told me I could not enter without a mask.
Told her fine, I will shop elsewhere. This pharmacy should be shut down.
DO NOT SHOP HERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just went into this store to buy my husband some aftershave lotion and was told to put a mask on, when I explained I have a medical exemption she said it doesn't matter and marched me out to show me the sign at the door. Apparently they don't accept valid medical exemptions and think they know better than my doctor or the Govt disability service. Shameful! I said I would spend my money elsewhere and she could stick it up her bum (not proud of that but I was mad!). Every dollar you spend is a vote for the world you want to live in and I will never shop there again! Wish I could give 0 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to buy make up & got asked to put a mask on, I said no seriously does it make sense that you need to wear a mask then you can go sit in a cafe without a mask come on, the chemist yelled for security are we really a threat. The threat more so breathing in your own carbon dioxide is worse than smoking a packet of cigarettes a day. Surely a chemist would know this. I will never shop there again & by the reviews I am not alone. They are lucky to get one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to get covid booster vaccine so go to Chartwell inquire and was told to do walk in for vaccine 900 am till 1230 pm. Monday morning up early to get the jab waited 1/2an hour and they open then get told sorry have to do all booked vaccines first leave number for a call to come back and get done Half passed one no phone call at all. What a mickey mouse run store it is indeed .
