I was left to wait for my prescription for 40 minutes because none of the many employees were attentive enough to call out prescriptions/ check on their customers. This is particularly bad service for vulnerable/ weak/ elderly customers. Very incompetent staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good chemist. I received someone else's medication once. I was overcharged once and the assistant tried to turn it back on me. Another time the same assistant couldn't understand my surname spelling and treated me very suspiciously. There is a very long wait time for prescriptions and once the manager was angry and extremely rude when I asked if I could have the whole 3 months prescription. I will never go back there again.

Shouting and threating customer that you will block customer just because they were asking for some clarification is not good customer service.
I was intimidate by her threat and felt unsecured. I feel I should talk to someone. But I think it is better for everyone in community to know that her behavior is not acceptable and you cannot threat customer like this.
My objective is to make community aware of such rude behavior and protect themselves from such threatening people. People taking medicine are already under lot of pain and stress. Please I appeal Jenny to be Kind.
Please note all other staff are very good and kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i can, i will do zero rating. Very poor customer service.kepte so long to find a medicine, instead of appologising me, assistant told me it was my fault not giving enough information. But it was their fault they couldn't track the medicine as they kept in a wrong place.I know people get busy and do mistakes, but they should admit and appologise. Very very poor behavior.
