Her ability to listen and thoroughly understand the issues I’ve been dealing with has been so helpful - even on an emotional level of knowing someone understands and cares.
I’m often impressed by her generosity with time, and her willingness to figure out the most effective but economical way forward.
With the latest round of Metagenics and massive changes in my diet and lifestyle, I’m gradually but steadily improving. I’ve gone from experiencing pain on a daily basis (when I was first diagnosed), to passing whole weeks now with minimal discomfort.
Any recovery process of this nature is long and there usually aren’t any quick fixes - but I would strongly recommend LifeSpark Nutrition to anyone looking for a holistic, logical, and cost-effective approach to change and healing.

She listened to me and my food plan reflects that. I didn't want to be making separate meals for me and my family and she incorporated into my plan. She has also recommended some other easy readily available nutritional options to try.
Tweaks along the way have been great to accommodate injury and a health issue so I feel in safe hands.
I've never engaged with a nutritionist before so this new experience was a bit daunting but Kate makes the process easy.

Kate designed a meal plan for my husband which helped him drop 15kgs in 10 weeks. Life changing! Her meal planning is practical and realistic too, she made sure it worked for our kids and our budget.
