We had an emergency stop on our way home from holiday and Lightening Auto fit us in straight away and went above and beyond to get our car sorted for our 3 hour drive home safely. I can not recommend these guys enough!!!! I wish there were more stars to give. Thanks team!

Front desk is absolutely amazing.
To date I've never had an issue with my car WOF, servicing or maintenance. They give me options for issues and don't just go with the priciest one.
They have courtesy vehicles and are next to McDonald's so I can do the stallies when I'm getting a quick job done ?
On occasion they also have deals on Grabone which makes things even more convenient

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately for this company they employ a rude arrogant Korean guy that is super unprofessional. His work is substandard and customers should be cautioned to using this garage. Funnily I’ve met his previous employer that got rid of him for similar reasons. His mistake cost me a lot of money, this also could’ve been tolerated had he been slightly friendly about it. He’s also giving out warrants without understanding vehicles. I had an exhaust leak that should’ve been picked up. I even described the noise and told him where I suspect and he still gave the warrant and tried to refer me to a turbo specialist. (Was nothing close to the turbo) I have a few stories but again this place should be cautioned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my WOF done here, they failed me on all 4 tyres. I proceeded to get my tyres checked at VTNZ, AA and my local tyre shop all of which said they were perfect. I then went back for a recheck and passed the WOF without needing to change the tyres.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in the morning, explained new to area. They said bring it in today or tomorrow, whenever suits me best. Took it down same day, got a text early afternoon giving and update and asking if I wanted to proceed. I said yes then a text an hour later saying ready for pick up. They found that it was less work than they first thought and their bill reflected that. Thank you so much will for sure be bringing our other vehicles when needed. Well done guys
