About Lipstick and Co
Thanks so much for taking the time to check us out and Welcome to Lipstick and Co! We are a team of Award-winning Hairstylists and Makeup artists based in Tauranga. We love doing Hair and Makeup and would love to be a part of your special day. We are fully mobile so that we can come to wherever you want to get ready, even if that’s outside of Tauranga.
We would describe our style of hair and makeup as very relaxed and natural with a touch of glam. Everybody has different levels of makeup that they are comfortable with so we always have a good chat before we start to figure out exactly what you do and don't want for your look. We want you to feel beautiful and confident but still feel like yourself and not someone else. We will always check if there's anything you don't like before we finish and make any changes needed so that you feel amazing. We are so lucky to have been able to hang out with so many awesome chicks over the years and it’s always such an awesome feeling to see someone so overjoyed by how she looks after we have done their Hair and Makeup.
We use long-lasting professional hair and makeup products and Setting sprays and also leave you with a touch-up bag that contains essential bits and bobs to help everything last all night long. We have a team of very talented artists so if you have a big group wanting to book that's not a problem. We can provide as many artists as required to have you all ready on time.

I had a great experience with Sophie and Lipstick and Co. My trial went very smoothly and Sophie was very helpful with suggestions for my looks.
I was very happy with my hair and make up for my wedding day. Yasmin did my bridesmaid’s hair and make up. She received many compliments and really enjoyed the experience.
Despite the early 6am start both Sophie and Yasmin came to our house full of energy and created a lovely environment to get ready in.
Would definitely recommend Lipstick and Co. for hair and make up!

My Maid of Honour had really thin hair and we weren't sure what could be done, Sophie worked wonders! We felt gorgeous and everyone said we looked stunning. Sophie is so incredibly talented that she even fixed my dress when we noticed it needed some mending on the morning of the wedding! I can't recommend her enough. Thank you Sophie x

Miti did hair and makeup for groom's mother and myself and especially with the change of mind of makeup and hair styling from the trial to the actual day, she pulled it off! I love it so much, everything was perfect, stayed in place and lasted the whole night.
Thank you to Abby doing my bridesmaid and my mum’s makeup and hair, they both looked beautiful on the day!

I felt so beautiful on my wedding day thanks to Sophie, my make up was natural and my hair was exactly how I imagined it would be. My bridesmaids looked absolutely stunning, somehow our make-up survived the tears, the humidity and the rain! I didn’t touch up my make-up once all night.
