★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed. Ordered through menu log to receive 2 roast beef meals and the meat is off. Tastes and smells like an offal pit. Rang to explain what we received and was basically being told its a "us" problem. The woman who answered the phone would not listen to what I was saying and told me to complain through menu log - sad customer service. Out of pocket and hungry for our once a week special treat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right from when we walked in there was no warm welcome and unfortunately nil customer service. I ordered the medium lamb which was expensive but drove all the way so thought would try it out. Lamb had some yuck fat parts and the pumpkin was not nice. Would not go here again
