★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place didn't inspire confidence about cleanliness. It smelled faintly of urine. The rubbish bin was overflowing. At some point a bunch of washing powder, dust and rubbish had been swept into the corner, but it had since been blown around by the wind and mostly redistributed around the floor. The lint traps in the dryers were all extremely clogged up.
After washing and drying, my clothes didn't smell as fresh as they would at home. Perhaps this is my fault for not knowing exactly how much laundry detergent to use for the much bigger load I was doing in these much larger machines, or maybe the machines are in need of cleaning the way the rest of the place needs it, I don't know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time to use this place today.. Beforehand I had googled for best and cleanest in Auckland.. Previous reviews did not sound like someone getting rellies to do a good one.. Great experience... Straightforward.. Spotless machines.. Other laundromats I have used in the past have left my duvets etc with bits of debris from other people's washes.. Good that parking right outside as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was rather disappointed that you could not purchase the card on site. Wouldn't have been an issue except that there you are directed to purchase the card from was closed. Ended up going to another laundry in glen innes and was happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mixed experience. Lots of machines, seems quite new. Key system is a bit frustrating as you can have to calculate how long you’ll need and top up accordingly. It’s non refundable and the key costs extra. Okay if you’re a regular user but annoying if it’s an infrequent thing. All the dryers were THICK with lint and debris in the lint traps which is a fire hazard. There was also abandoned laundry/trash and over flowing rubbish bin. Could have done with a good clean and tidy.
re: response. The lint traps looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a very long time. I emptied several, but it would be a good idea if perhaps a staff member did this once a week or so as I imagine it builds up very quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First timer using a laundromat. Place is 99.9% clean (I don't expect the ritz for an unmanned laundromat), dryer was clean and no lint to clean out, no funky smells. Cards and topping up is super easy, other customers very friendly. Only downfall is only being able to top up in $10 lots, $5 would be far more reasonable
