About Laundrycorp
We are LaundryCorp, a well established commercial Laundry in the heart of Auckland City.
Our story began in early 2008 when Ron Robinson, a developer by trade, landed the opportunity to start, from the ground up, a premium Laundry in the CBD. At the beginning the team was small but we were lucky enough to have some laundry aficionado's join us who had significant laundry knowledge and experience from the industry- we are very lucky that they are still with us today.
Our Auckland Central location was (and is) a unique point of difference and a real advantage, we could service our domestic customers whilst we were beginning to make a name for ourselves in the local industry as a premium supplier of laundry services and hire solutions.
Overtime we have added and invested in our machinery and operations, and eventually we took over the building next door, doubling our operation in size.
We are blessed to still have many of our domestic customers that have been with us since the start still using us along with now servicing many of the cities great businesses and many hospitality hotspots.
Whilst we have grown significantly since the beginning and we can service large scale accounts, we have remained small enough to provide a personal and flexible experience.
Our ethos always has and always be that the customer comes first and that quality and service is a must.
We are still owned by the Robinson's who run the operations day to day, we love finding solutions to help save our customers time and money, get in touch and let us take your dirty laundry off your hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After being a loyal customer for more than 4 years I can only say the quality of wash and pressing and customer service has deteriorated so badly that I will not be using your service again, and as for the outrageous price hike (up 100%) unbelievable!!!
They wont even let you post a review without giving them one star, but hey If i could it would be a minus!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady at reception was friendly, I explained how another laundry place massed up and didn't do my laundry and I must have it ready for collection the following day 11:30am as I have an audition to get to. She assured me it will be cleaned, dried and folded on time for me to collect the next day at 11:30. GUESS WHAT?! when I arrived , the bag was there , but nobody even touched it, nothing was done!!! What's the point of offering a service if you cannot even do it! Unreliable!! Had to the laundry myself in a rush to have clean cloths .... Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On time deliery and friendly staff. I recently gave my suits for dry cleaning and I was not happy with results. Owner called me and asked about what went wrong and offered me full refund. This is really good customer service and owner do value customer relationships. These guys are focused on providing good service. I will recomond to others and will continue to use their services.
