★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have shopped at this store for over a decade. I used to go there because of the friendly and helpful staff. Particularly the woman who worked there who knew just the right wine to pick at the right price. Then recently, it changed to a Bottle-O and the service couldn't be more different. A couple were there and when I asked after the previous manager, he blatantly mislead me and said, "she's not here today". I found out she had left after eight years and hadn't been there for four weeks. I'm giving it two stars because the shop inside looks good but I noticed it's not quite so clean as it was and also, the man and I guess his wife, were unfriendly and not very knowledgeable. What a shame.
