★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are well above excellent! If I could give 10/5 stars I would! I live accross the ditch and needed help to get my unwell grandmother some Stones Green Ginger Wine to help her feel a bit better. No other bottle shop helped me like the staff at Liquorland did.
All I asked for was a bottle of said medical beverage to be delivered to my grandmother, not only was it delivered, it was presented in such an amazing way with perfectly humoured note that my grandmother has more happiness and youth in her voice I haven't heard in her since I left NZ!
Thank you staff at Liquorland Feilding for going well above and beyond customer service, I may need to send some other retailers your way to actually learn how to be human!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive up to the door. Not very forthcoming when you have lost your covid mask which meant missing out on $200+ sales that time. Very helpful service. Ok pricing and the best selection of 00 low alcohol beer in FEILDING and the only place for other options alcohol free.i will get over the mask problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A shop I probably won’t step foot in again. If your choosing a job that involves customer service then I think welcoming your customers is the LEAST you can do. I see a total change in attitude with older vs younger customers as the lady behind the counter treated us both differently. Any paying customer whom is respectful of your shop should be treated the exact same regardless of age. And demanding someone have their ID before they’ve even signed the bloody QR code is RUDE and ultimately not necessary unless they are purchasing alcohol. I don’t think customer service is this lady’s strong point, I think she might be the owner too, how unfortunate. Lucky big barrel is just round the corner ??
