★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service and frankly fraudulent. I placed an order online and paid for it. The website and the invoice clearly stated free delivery and then I received a call later in the day from a Manager telling me that it would cost extra for the delivery and that I would have to pay in order to get my items delivered. I tried to reason with him and explained that the website clearly said Free Delivery. He was very rude and was yelling over me and saying the the only solutions he would offer me were a Refund or to Pay for the delivery. When I stated that I wasn't happy with the way he was talking to me he said call liourland head office I don't have time for this. So I opted for the Refund and I will never buy from liqourland again, so excellent Job Liqourland Manager. I don't understand how a manager can think its fine to refund a $250 order and lose a customer at the same time, quite frankly if you were my employee you would never be in a customer facing role and would get fired on the spot for not recognising what your position entails
And Finally Liqourland Headoffice if you state free delivery on your website that means free delivery otherwise that it is false advertising

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never a dull moment with the boys at liquorland Mt Wellington. They greet you by name as our come through the door and you always spend an extra 10 minutes having a yarn with them. Best liquor store in the country, best prices in the country, best service in the country. You won't find me buying alcohol from anywhere else.
