★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting behavior by staff member. Food was cold, I paid for a drink and didn't receive with order and they would not accept any fault so now I'm left out of pocket. Would not recommend eating at this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a loyal customer for this store for years . And today at my visit I was utterly disappointed as the portion size the guy gave me was just a joke ! I couldn’t believe it my bowl looked extremely empty even after adding extras , 43$ later I have left extremely angry and disappointed and will never be coming here ever again and will be telling friends too . The kroad location is a great portion size , go there instead !! I feel so cheated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was alright, standard Mexican food with a nice blend of sauces, but the meat was very little in my taco. And I'm definitely not a fan of their service. It was my first time trying out Zambarero's and must say it was not a good one. Might be worth a shot to try another branch. There was alot of confusion during the orders which was created on purpose. Better communication might bid this branches staff members well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have gotten takeaway from here a few times recently. Though this is probably not traditional Mexican food, they put their own twist on it, which is quite nice. The menu is varied with lots of options and the prices are reasonable. Staff have been friendly every visit. Will definitely return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So sorry changing my 5 star rating from 2 years ago to a 1 star.. as u have reduced your portion size to half and increased the prices and also stopped doing loyalty cards saying head office said so for past few months went to another zamberaro they were stamping the cards … now that there are 2 Taco Bell in area may be think about retaining your loyal customers. Thanks…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the UberEats service from Zambrero - I usually order a power bowl without rice in store and they replace the rice with salad. Ordered through Uber eats requested the same (no rice please, replace with salad).
I was literally SHOOK when i opened my order.
Practically an empty bowl??? Im talking contents so scarce there were empty spaces in the base of the bowl, unbelievable!
I tried calling the store multiple time that arvo - no answer . Inquired through Uber eats with no luck at all, they told me to get in touch with the store lol. I paid just under $22 for a tbsp scoop of meat, salsa. A sprinkle of both cheese and lettuce cutting on top. To whoever made my salad - are you ok?!
I wont be back to Zambrero Mt Wellington - You ripped me off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is OK but I didn't like the food. The protein portion is very small. Asking the vegan option gives you twice the beans and still not good in my opinion.
Also, they have vegan sour cream and vegan cheese, but it doesn't show in the screen so I only found out when I left ?♀️
Sorry but I didn't like it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had a terrible experience and Zambrero in Mount Wellington, with a really bad tempered server. Apparently, Zambrero have changed their policy and do not give a free burrito with a purchase of 9! I’m not going there again.
This is not a stand alone incident, as this particular fella has got attitude!
