New Opening Hours

Little Minds Early Childhood Centre is now open from 7.30 am until 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

We recommend that children attend a minimum of two sessions per week as this enables continuity and routine for the children.

We participate in the Government 20 ECE Hours scheme (6 hours per day up to 20 hours per week)

* Must enrol for 5 days.

*** Must enrol for 3 days minimum.

Fees  (We offer a 10% discount for siblings.)

We charge a non refundable enrolment fee of $15.50 which provides your child with a personalised wet bag as so we don’t use plastic bags for wet clothes, as part of our sustainability practice.

We no longer use plastic bags.

Nappies, wetwipes & sunblock are all provided.

Winz subsidy's are available for eligible families. Please see www.workandincome.govt.nz for more information and eligibility.

Invoices are issued weekly by email. All payments must be paid weekly in advance.

Internet banking is the only payment method.

Meals

Little Minds children all bring their own named lunch box with healthy food for morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.  Please also provide a water bottle from home. We have a healthy eating policy so we encourage healthy food.

Fee Information and holidays

Parents are required to pay fees for the education and care of their children. Please see the attached fee schedule. By signing the enrolment form you are agreeing to keep your account up to date. If in an event you discontinue to keep your account current, we will ask an outside debt collection company to recover the account and you will be liable for the fees incurred.

Little Minds ELC offers a sibling discount of 10% with the discount being applied to the oldest child’s weekly fees.

Little Minds ELC offer a 50% discount on fees over the 2-week Christmas break. We also offer you a 1-week holiday at 50% to use at your discretion throughout the year, on condition that your account is kept up to date.

Fees are required to be paid in advance.

Full fees are charged, regardless of public holidays falling within the invoicing period.

Booking changes with regards to your child’s attendance or hours, requires a 2-week notice period.

If your child is sick, full fees are still applicable.

Termination of care with Little Minds ELC requires a 2-week notice period.

When your child turns 3, they are entitled to the Ministry of Educations 20 Hours Childcare Scheme. Conditions apply
