β β β β β Nick was available at relatively short notice, at a time suitable to the vendor and myself. Nick was punctual and performed a thorough detailed home inspection inside and out. He didn't mind us being present towards the end so that we could discuss with him the findings and advice. A very detailed lengthy typed report with photos was emailed within a short time frame of the home inspection. I found Nick very easy to work with. As word of mouth is the best means of advertising I would personally recommend Nick.

Heβs friendly, professional and his building reports are comprehensive, even using a drone in areas that arenβt overly accessible, he didnβt miss a thing and pointed out every bit that was a concern. I highly recommend Nick and βthe little pigβ, his fees are reasonable and worth every cent. Donβt buy your next home without ringing him first!

β β β β β Would give zero stars if we could. Missed many issues which have resulted in costing us thousands to fix. Nick request payment up front before you can read his copy and paste report. Total waste of money. Home buyers should go elsewhere if you want a professional home inspection completed
