★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our order was incorrect. We ordered a chai late with a hazelnut hot chocolate. Instead, we got a chai late with a hazelnut late. When i brought this to their attention they claimed that ‘that’s what you ordered’. Instead of just fixing the issue, they continue to contend and go on that I gave them the wrong order. Eventually they said they will replace the order. They got it wrong again, well at least half wrong. It was just a regular hot chocolate, not a hazelnut hot chocolate. Chai late was good, but experience overall was disappointing because we come here all the time. Could have definitely been handled better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FILTHY TOILETS THAT SEEM TO HAVE NEVER BEEN CLEANED!! The two head staff Female and Male have NO customer service qualities what so ever and make you feel as if it is a hassle when you order, they never smile or make me feel welcome, alot of my work colleagues agree to the BAD customer service as well - more than a few times when I have taken back coffee that was made incorrectly, the staff get annoyed and blame me for ordering wrong, which is untrue - I feel they do not want to help - prices are too high for what what the food is and the hot drinks are usually not nice. It is unfortunate that this is the closest cafe to my work. #VeryUnhappyCustomer -.-

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place should finally realise how bad their food is. I doubt if chef ever tasted a proper salad (ceasar or roasted vegetables etc) in his/her life. Salads are either tasteless or disgusting to a degree it is a blasphemy to the veggies used in the salads. I didn't even know a chef can spoil veggies this BAD! I wouldn't give such food to anyone even for free.
Paninis are dry and absolutely horrible.
The only reason this cafe exists is because there is nothing else in the neighbourhood and local businesses have no choice, but to go here.
I would strongly recommend against going here! You will be paying for the most horrible food that you will end up throwing out! It is trully this bad. Nowhere in the world have I tried worse food and barrista coffee made without any love whatsoever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is reheated and dry, sushi sits on counter for hours on end, coffees taste watery and the tide is out, had the wrong order happen at least five times and each time I have complained the owners have said I was incorrect and acted angry that they had to make the correct coffee and speaking in a different language to each other angryly and banging things around as if they are mocking me because I want them to make what I actually ordered. In general this cafe has gone the the pits since the new owners have taken over. No star from me, but I have to give 1 star to post this huh! no customer service! They need to smile!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was unfriendly. No acknowledgement of your order. No eye contact. Very bad vibes. I ordered ‘ Creamy Mushrooms on Toast’ . The cream was non existent. No cream but plenty of sweet chilli sauce as the base. No explanation or apology for the sweet black mess on my plate except a shrug when I told them it was too sweet, there was no cream. and it was false advertising and I couldn’t eat it. They didn’t offer my money back, but they had no hesitation in taking more money off me when I ordered a sausage roll as replacement. Don’t order the ‘ Creamy Mushrooms on Toast ‘
In fact don’t even go there unless you’re desperate.
