★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We chose Carolyn Smith on reputation and experience. Those factors certainly came into play as our beautiful property had a few issues that needed sorting. Carolyn guided us on what we needed to do before the property went to market to ensure 'all our ducks were in a row'. Carolyns marketing ensured we had plenty of interest, and a purchaser didn't take long to appear. And once again, with Carolyns expertise and professionalism, she was able to assist with the finalisation of the sale. We would have absolutely no hesitation in using Carolyn again, and recommend her to anyone who is looking for a result. Finally , we would just like to say 'thank you, Carolyn'.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great team of Estate agents,collaborative and professional.Leanne Mckinnon sold our house which on reflection was not an easy house to sell.She stuck with it and was always helpful and bubbly with us and potential buyers. She was positive throughout and went above and beyond.We cant recommend Leanne enough.She gave advice but was never intrusive or pushy .If we were to buy again in BOI we would be going to Leanne no question.Keep up the good work. Five stars is not enough.
