Had a birthday coming up so last minute ordered off loaded but because of COVID i was expecting a bit of a delay with delivery. Easy solution - I emailed them and straight away was taken care of by Marty and he offered to delivery the item to me the next day IN PERFECT CONDITION .
Super grateful for the team at Loaded .

Shoutout to Ngawai for being an absolute champion.
Ordered some NBs that I could only find at resale elsewhere for an already great price. Had a bit of an issue and was immediately given 3 different ways to sort it, then they even went the extra mile to help me out.
Supporting an NZ owned business is sound but a business is only as good as the people that make it and Ngawai made this such an awesome experience.
Will definitely shop here again and if you're checking on reviews then you should too!
