The staff said they only have paper... no band no first aid kit at all... and the paper she brought out was kitchen paper... I was so speechless and she just asked me whether I need the paper or not..... to be honest, I bought some items from this store previously, but from now on I won't go at all...so disappointed...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have received a gift from my friend who bought from this shop but the size wasn’t right and bring it to exchange and the staffs definitely under pressure from either the boss or the manager there, the manager was so not helpful and unfriendly, after I tried the other size and the boss said the no exchange on sales item but my friends asked before the purchase…
And then the staff even told me to just wear the unfit T-shirt until it worn out to be loosen up lol .. I can tell the staff was trying to help but the boss or the manager was so not Willy to help and being rude.
Beware of this shop
I don’t normally go there as the style is totally yesterday product and you can just fo to smith and caughey for more selection and better service.
The one star is for the staff who trying to help but I think she is new .. and zero star for the shop…
