★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wendy is such an experienced mortgage broker. With her professional knowledge I didn't have any stress when applying for my first home loan. Apart from that she is patient and easy to approach and she helped answer many of my probably strange questions as a first buyer and even helped to review some properties which I believe is beyond the scope of her service as a broker. At the beginning of our conversation she assured me that she would help me to purchase my ideal house. To be honest I didn't believe and expect it because I thought her job was just to help me get the loan, but she really did it. So definitely recommend. Contact her and your loan is secured.

I started property hunting since February this year and it wasn't easy and plus I had to sell before buying. Especially I had to do everything on my own while my wife is away overseas due to the COVID. I was stressed about working out my budget until I spoken to Wendy, she was always responsive when I had a question and patient explaining everything in details when I had a concern, and going extra miles to help me even afterhours when I was in doubt.
I don't know how much time we spent over the phone talking, Wendy was always attention to details and providing workable solutions to my queries. In few words I simply describe her as 'Kind' 'enthusiasm' 'diligent' and of course her professionalism.
My new property has now been settled, I want to take this opportunity here to say 'Thank you and pleasure working with you'. We couldn’t have done it without Wendy’s expertise and in depth knowledge of banks and loans, a topic we knew very little about before talking with Wendy. Highly recommended and will 200% deal with her again in future.

She came back to us in the shortest time and helped us maximise our loan with her solid knowledge background. The broker is very responsible. She even works at late night to make sure our documents could be sent to the bank the following day and receive the reply as soon as possible.
I could not purchase my properties without her assistance. I appreciate all her hard work and definitely will come back.
