★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I was looking around for a chiropractor for treating my back pain with ACC, I came across Epsom Prohealth and decided to give them a go. I received treatments from both Dr Jay (Chiropractor) and Janice (Acupuncturist), and as a result I was back to normal within a few sessions. My wife decided to come as well when she injured her back to receive treatment from Dr Jay and Janice - and ever since then we have been regularly visiting this clinic to maintain our healths.
Dr Jay is a kind, caring and professional Chiropractor and he will try everything to relieve your pain issues wherever it might be. He is knowledgable and always carefully explains why you were experiencing pain, as well as giving advice to prevent or manage the issue. In his office he has a demo spine and pictures of the body to use as tools to help educate his patients.
Janice is as kind, caring and knowledgable as Dr Jay. Her techniques of applying acupuncture to patients target not only at the heart of the problem but also applies other therapies to ensure that the entire health of the body is well balanced. I believe it is because of her philosophy on balancing the body and mind - she is able to help many patients become healthier as a result.
The clinic has a waiting area inside and a toilet for patients to use as well. EFTPOS and major credit cards accepted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Janice is very knowledgeable and Professional but what really surprised me was how effective the treatments were. The first session I felt a little sick and tired which she said was natural. After the second session, however I was nearly 100%. Janice is genuine and very good at what she does.
The relief in pain was amazing, she would ask me where it was sore, put a needle in, then the pain would go, virtually instantly. I’d say 75-85 percent of the pain stayed away permanently until the next session.
I highly recommend Janice if you need acupuncture or thinking about acupuncture or just general health issues.

I tried to do stretching and take medicine, but it didn't work.
I have been Emsom prohealth and met Janice on my friend's recommendation.
She has been so informative and thorough in understanding where my pain was coming from.
Her treatment and acupuncture were absolutely helpful to reduce my pain.
No doubt highly recommend.

He's very caring and gentle and makes you feel at ease. I now see him every few weeks to get my back realigned. I would definitely recommend Jay if you are looking for a great chiropractor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Jay is the most friendly and genuine person I have met. He is very knowledgeable about the spines and he truly cares about your well-being. He would spend good 20 -30 minute adjusting my upper and lower back on each session. I highly recommend Dr Jay to anyone with back or neck issues.
