Local Doctors - Dawson Road - Flat Bush

I am very disappointed with Dr. DV Mut (don't want to say the exact name). He made me wait more than 4 hours to meet him according to the arrangement of the front desk. My itinerary is: I came here from 10:04 am, queued, met the reception. After nearly 2 hours, I was called by a nurse to check my weight, height, and blood pressure. After waiting for nearly 30 minutes, a student came out from a room and called my name, she introduced herself as a student, helping the doctor, she asked me the history of back pain, she told me to bend over. front, back, left, right...and told me to go out and wait for the doctor for about 2 minutes. But I waited for 24 minutes, I went back to ask her, she told the doctor to go eat. And I was helpless when the front desk was also not working, after 20 minutes, there was a receptionist working, I asked her to tell me that in 1 hour I can see the doctor. After 1 hour, I reached the door of room 5 (according to the instructions of the reception), the door was ajar, I knocked, someone slammed the door, I was startled by the noise. Then I asked the front desk again, she told me to wait, and after 20 minutes, a doctor asked me. He couldn't even hear me spelling my name, he checked my name again on the computer. When I met the student, I said that I just wanted a letter from the doctor so that I could go to chiropractic. I didn't need anything, not even a doctor's certificate, to take time off work and still have the money - I also said I didn't need it. I was really shocked when I met a doctor who was rude, English was very poor, lack of professional knowledge, working style was not professional... He seemed to be Asian, he had a medical examination. for me like the previous student. He printed me an exercise for people with back pain (I can print it myself on the internet), he talked nonsense like a layman said... At that time I couldn't be more patient, I love I asked him to write me a letter for me to go to a physiotherapist. He seemed narcissistic and angry, rude to me. He told me it was a waste of his time (10 minutes), he said next time don't see him again. ..Oh my god, sure, I'm not stupid to meet you for the second time. I believe that anyone who has ever met him has been at risk. I don't know how are other doctors here? But for sure , I will never see him again .

I did go to this place recently and i paid $55.00 to see doctor . Im not enrolled here so thats why charge is high. I had bad stomach pain and waited more than 2 hours to see doctor. Then finally i saw an indian lady doctor who was bit rude and did hardly see me for 10 mins . She said she doesnt know what the pain is really and gave me medicines to take for it. I waited 2 hours and paid 55 dollars to see a doctor and in the end doctor cant find the cause. Please my advise is to go to hosptial and see doctor than here .

I am not happy on how this clinic is operating. I've been a patient here for 19 years. It was good back then now waitting time is harandous. Some staffs are good, especially the old staff members, but I think whoever runs or managed the clinic need to improve their service. Call center they don't even answer their call. I've called them multiple times from yesterday 14th Feb and was waiting for almost 2hours. This morning again already half and hour still no answer. I've send 2 emails no response.

I have a friend working there who informed me that some of the doctors have been caught doing non-work related business in between seeing patients. They have also been caught bumping people up the list (either their own family member or ethnicity). These are the two main reasons the wait times here are horrendous. I would advise to move on to another clinic.

I don’t even want to give 1 star, the reception staff have little to none customer service, they are behind the desk chit chatting in their own language about non work related stuff. At 12 they then tell the patient you now have to wait longer because all the doctors will be on their lunch break and not sure when they will be back. How can a doctor justify making patients wait 4.5 hours? Something is seriously wrong with this set up, absolutely appalling will be re-enrolling with another doctor.

This place need to shut down immediately as they don’t know the value of time. I booked my appointment in advance to see nurse not even doctor inspire of booking I was made to wait for more than hour. All 3 receptionist was so rude that like you are doing crime to ask them about your appointment. One of them said I don’t care you can complaint to management. I told her I have another appointment that I need to be there but she didn’t care. Never coming back to this clinic and also don’t recommend to anyone to come here as this is waste of time with useless people.

If I could give a no star this is the place. Told about an hour wait. After an hour she said two hours. Then after that another two hours. Either these guys don’t know timing or they plain useless. Better off closing the place down. Needs a good restructuring, if you guys don’t do appointments call half an hour before so patients can go and come back. The system makes them five hours holding them back from their income. You guys need some sense smacked in to you

Sharing my visit to the doctors on 2022/02/09... Made clear by my review,, 4 stars. Moment I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome from the young receptionist working that day faith? something of that sort. She made me aware of the long wait and I was prepared to wait because I know what urgent care clinics are like during it's peak times even with omicron spreading I don't expect more or less. Need I do say that most of the staff had been running around doing tasks here and there and tending to patients who needed to be seen. My consult went quick and easy. Had nothing to complain about. I do think that waiting times are a little lengthier than others but cannot complain as I do not hold a medical license yet..but service for me was 5 stars, waiting room was a bit cramped no fan as it was hot and no entertainment to keep kids settled. Other then that everything went well from entrance to exit. 5 stars to reception and 10 stars to the nurses and doctors who play a huge role in keeping NZ safe.
