★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People patience is always key but 4hrs waiting and you say you rang my logs dont lie you did not call and have to wait for a consultation that would take less then 10mins....... 5hrs later and 20mins East tamaki health care while it's not entirely your responsibility and you do great for our children but paying to suffer while you suffer in a hot car needs looking into

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This feedback is related to my visit here at Local Doctors Weymouth. I came here to see doctor for my daughter here at 3.30 pm on 11/03/2021 and the receptionist told me that they have stopped taking patients whereas the clinic is open till 8.00 pm. The clinic coordinator also told us that they have a meeting and will close the clinic at 5 pm. This is the everyday story here. I see so many complaints here but still they are not mending their ways. They ask us at 3.30 pm to go to Otara branch. They do it most of the times when you come at nearly this time. Kindly take some action and ask them to stop harassing people. If they can't manage the workload then they should find some other job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was put off from coming here due to bad reviews, but my 6 yr old son was sick with high fever and tummy pains. His regular clinic was only doing phone consults (due to lockdown) so I tried this place. We only waited about 15min before the nurse came to check over my son. Then only waited another 10min to see Dr. Can't fault wait time at all. They kept him for a few hrs to monitor him which was fine with me, I would prefer they kept us there to keep an eye on him rather than send us home and him get worse. Would definitely go back to this clinic if needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most pathetic service u Derek the planet.Does not care about patience at all.I tried to look for negative 5 start but could not find hence they are very luck I am being forced to give 1 star rating. Anyways my daughter went to consult the Doctors and they asked her to do Covid test.. she did this on Thursday 2 December 2021..they never called her to provide the result or called her back when she went back after nearly a week on Wednesday 8/12/2021 they asked her to do another test.I have been calling them to ask WHY should she do another test and they are evading me..Cant imagine these types of unprofessionalism and uncaring attitude coming from a medics..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 3hrs on the phone I decided to go down and see them in person whilst still on hold on the call just to see them sitting there doing nothing, obviously put my call on silent or whatever. These people need to be sacked ASAP! Never wasting my time on this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow people at front desk are sometimes rude especially the older ladies and the young one are nice and patient theres a lady there with glasses she’s old she is very gloomy never smiles and greets with a smile she always looking sad .. I’ve been in clendon for 8years and it never gets better I always go otara. Cause they so nice and easy and fast and they always greet with a smile but browns road is horrible . Always slow and dirty the waiting area so dead I’m there

He is male doctor and he refuse to see the patient and I am waiting almost 1 hour and he insulted a person in front of me and tell her to tole me leave. If doctors doesn’t want to do a job he should leave the job and sit at home….
