โ โ โ โ โ Very angry and annoyed as a landlord I pay Lodge a fees to manage and look after my property. And in the 2 years I have been very disappointed ( lack of communication) tenant also had same issues. Communication has been very poor from Lodges end. I have ended up paying spending money because my property manager didn't acted on time and got to the requests. Multiple emails send to break the issue down step by step to the property manager.

โ โ โ โ โ Just picked up the keys to our own home today and just want to say that Merrin Watts is a delight!! She made everything so comfortable and easy to understand, she didnt rush us or pressure us into anything and she was with us 100 percent of the way which as first homebuyers is extremely important to us. Hopefully she would be happy to help sell our house in a few years because she will be the first person I contact! Thank you so much for making the process less tedious Merrin Lodge is lucky to have you among their staff!

โ โ โ โ โ My property is currently under management with Lodge for the next few months - so far, whatever they have promised as per the contract they made me sign, has not been delivered. The agent is very slow in responding to emails (but quick to take the fees + commission), I haven't yet seen any inspection reports which were promised.
Not going to recommend Lodge for management to anyone unless they clean up their act.

โ โ โ โ โ Talk about customer NO-service in the rental office and staff who really donโt care. The Property wonโt respond to issues. It is a Landlord strong market which compounds the issue so do NOT expect the property manager to get the landlord to act to resolve issues. I gave up and moved on.

โ โ โ โ โ Please guys do not use any of these agents from Lodge... Slow and not willing to get the deal done. Expect you to go to them and do all the work? What are they getting paid for.
Had a Private viewing agent on her phone constantly.. Contract mistakes and not delivering our contract in person.. We do the work.
Two days later we get a verber yes but the trust wants the lawyers to review it. Some while later Agent tell lawyer they have another offer coming in wait.
Then make us come in to the office to sign a form allowing the other offer to come in.
Then we loose out for what ever reason no explication or avenue if we could offer cash or anything. Cash buy out clause not willing to talk about it.
Please get your own agent and use them when dealing with lodge.
Also after the verbal yes because condition of sale get told how fast to get house on the market. So we got it on right away.
If you like a house please deal through another agent. No to lodge.
