β β β β β Stopped off in Waipu for coffee and couldn't go past the cinnamon chai scrolls. Absolutely delicious, as was the coffee. Cabinet food looked amazing. Staff lovely. Will be back on our next visit up North.

β β β β β Fantastic wee spot on the way to the far north. Good service and selection but what makes it really great is the mash up of retro kiwi culture with a Scottish twist honoring the ancestry of the locals.

The food is to die for and the staff are lovely, enthusiastic and welcoming.
Burger Fridays are over and above the best around!
And the new organic vegetable and sundrys make it the go to spot for healthy food.

β β β β β The Professor and I were travelling south to Auckland and decided Waipu was a good place to visit a convenience and get a coffee. We were there for coffee and scone, a gobble and go. Really delicious coffee was presented in takeaway cups and scones were first rate. The cafe was busy when we arrive and there was a bit of a wait but not excessive considering. We will be back.
