★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service at this hospital my partner went to go into the after hours emergency and they try charge you $67 to see a doctor. go in the next morning no patients waiting 2 hours later still haven't been seen then get told it could take 6 hours this hospital is absolutely useless in more ways and is run very poorly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average, receptionists have more bad days than good it seems. generally can't get an appointment for at least 3 weeks. Just rung to book an appointment to be told they aren't taking appointment bookings and that i would have to go to the walk in clinic...... algood for someone with all day to wait around but good luck to people who work.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic hospital. Great staff who were all very helpful and professional. I broke a bone in my foot and traveled from Westport for xrays, scan etc. I was super impressed and grateful for the help I received. Thank you to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not ever say Greymouth hospital is not the same again, yes it's smaller etc,but the nurse's, Cook's, doctors and all the rest that I've had contact with durning my time here have been so wonderful and caring, have been treated with respect, in fact I have no complaints at all just praise.
