★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took my partner’s niece here on her birthday as she requested, but I wish we hadn’t bothered as we didn’t stay for long. The place smelled terrible and everything was so dirty and run-down, it was just disgusting. The birthday girl said one of the tunnels on the playground smelled like poo. Most of the balls in the ball pit were deflated and it wasn’t even half full. The place was generally just really sad and all the equipment is cramped together, there is barely any room for the children to run around. I have such fond memories of this place from when I was a child (at its old location on Pitt Street), so to see it in its current state was really disheartening. At $10.90 for one child you are better off saving your money and taking a trip to the esplanade instead. Definitely won’t be returning ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place but today was a real concern with no air con, the kids were dripping with sweat, very unhygienic also there should be more staff in floor at all times monitoring the kids , helping parents out, etc it was stinkn hot in there air con broken like really? Please guys

not many people though, drinks are included in the adult ticket, 4 dollars... one free riding, parents enjoy coffee and drinks here...all sorts of kids drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needs a good clean, and for lots of the broken toys and parts of the playgrounds to be fixed. Eg: broken slide, broken steps in junior playground with rotten wood and foam visible, exposed cords/outlet by junior playground, broken cars. Not worth the $

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m very concerned for the state of this place. Took my 1 year old there during the week for a play and only one staff on which can be understandable since it’s not busy. I noticed everywhere for some of the play equipments it was dirty like it did not get a clean, the smell for the place was quite off like I was walking into a graveyard, the toilets are disgusting and not well maintained. The place could do with some more lights and a lively child friendly atmosphere with some music in the background or something because the atmosphere was no fun and deadly and Its probably why my boy ended up getting bored and wanted to leave which is shocking- children can sense some negative vibes.
Don’t get me started with the complimentary drink that we get because I asked for Orange Juice and it tastes nothing like orange juice thanks, I know Raro when I taste one and I feel this is what is served up, even worse when it’s lukewarm ?? The staff that served my drink didn’t even bothered to clean the glass, not her fault though but some standards would be nice. This same staff also spends majority of her shift at the back and I had to wait for 5 minutes to get served.
Not worth my $12.50 thanks, not much new or fun play equipment and majority of the fun stuff require $ coins for it ? if I could rate it -0 I would.
