★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extreamly disappointed with this place and will not reccomend to others. I was booked in to have my car done and no one even showed up!. Not only did no one show up, I wasn't even given a courtesy call to postpone or cancel. Bad business right there. I am definitely not going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to stop at palmerston north because of a scratching sound while driving. Despite it was saturday and the garage was actually closed the mechanic was on site and took the time to have a look at our campervan, found the problem and quickly repaired it free of charge! We were so happy and could continue our journey right away! Thank you a million times, we would always go there again!

Bring your business somewhere else as Nathan doesn’t care!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a Japanese import. So i got a quote and made a booking to get a nz radio, GPS, reversing camera etc installed. The person i spoke to about this was nice and helpful.
A day prior to this happening, as an after thought, I rang up and ask about keeping the steering wheel controls and got told by the receptionist that she would look into it and ring back if it cost extra.
No phone call.
So the next day, I take my car in, to be there at 8.30am, like agreed, (it would take approximately 4hrs) only to be told that the appointment was supposed to have been cancelled yesterday. News to me.
Because they didn't have the equipment to be able to connect the steering wheel controls. "Sometime they can do it and sometimes not."
Since I travelled from out of town, I asked if he could take a look and see what he could do and get back to me, and I would make a decision, weather to go without the steering wheel controls or go somewhere else.
11.45am I get a call to say he hasn't pulled it apart, as he didn't want to risk it. That was fine, i understood, but why did it take nearly the same amount of time as it would have taken to actually do the job, before i was told?
Furthermore when i picked up my car key, a staff member heard me talking to another staff member, when i commented on time it took to find out and he stated that 'they were busy with other jobs'... This got my blood boiling.
I went through the right channels, booked my car in at 8.30am and was supposed to pick it up at 12.30pm completed. Where does that yobbo get off telling me this and why bother booking it in for a specified time? If it can't be done in that time you would think they would tell you!

They ordered parts and got the job done within a very short amount of time with great service and not a bad price either, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good mechanic, I’ll definitely be back.
