β β β β β We went last night for dinner as a thanks to my boys for helping me out. Made a booking and asked if we could have a booth. Waitress rung back to let us know they weren't bookable but she would do her best. When we got there they were all in use so we thought we had missed out but 5 minutes later someone was leaving and the waitress asked if we wanted to move, which was great.
The service was so good we left a tip and the food, which is normally good anyway, was amazing, cooked to perfection.
We had a really great time, thanks Lone Star.

β β β β β Super busy but our food came out pretty quickly and so did our drinks. Our waitress was lovely. The BB King Ribs were divine! We were all very happy with our food and drinks. Finished off with tea and dessert which also came out pretty quickly.

β β β β β We went to Lonestar Manukau. Got a table, and it was clean but that is because they wiped everything on to the floor and seats. Picked up the bottle of vinagarette on the table, which left hands all sticky. Had to go wash hands after that. Went to the menβs bathroom and the stench of old urine was unbelievable. Toilets obviously hadnβt had a proper clean in a long time. Held my breath while washing hands and the paper towel dispenser didnβt work and hand dryer was broken. Ordered some drinks which took quite a while to arrive and also ordered the 400 gram Lassoo of Hog. When it came out, it was stacked on potato wedges to make it appear larger. it would be lucky to be 150 grams. Smaller than the steaks that we had also ordered. The steaks were good sized but I sent the Lassoo of Hog back to the kitchen.
Iβd recommend going to any other Lonestar as the food is pretty good but definately avoid this place

β β β β β Went on an impromptu date here, and weren't disappointed. The service was fantastic and the food was even better. I got the chicken burrito and the pico de gallo was the best I've had in a long time (since moving to New Zealand).

β β β β β Delicious meal. For what I ordered perfectly. 6hrs later im still not hungry. Well worth the cost. Waiter was awesome too. Kids felts n colouring pencils weren't so run down she couldn't really colour. They could do with new ones. very warm inside. Doors could be opened but no dramas otherwise.

β β β β β Been coming here for the longest time. They are always full. We are group of 5 adults and 4 children. Our table was booked for 6pm. Tonight wasnt that great, service wise. They didnt have enough cutlery on the table, they only serve us with one water jug and they brought out our nachos and garlic bread with no side plates. The kiddy meal, (mini hot dog) is a no. I recommend the prawns.
A restaurant as busy as this should have more staff. It's not wheel chair friendly, you maybe able to get a baby buggy in but it's very tight. Parking is not a problem.
