★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Words cannot explain how thankful I am that Service Plus fixed my brand new iPhone 12 Pro Max which I stupidly cracked from not having a screen protector on (silly me, I know). These guys are super professional, showed good communication and honest. I fixed my phone for $615- no additional costs and it only took 5 business days to get it fixed (they sent my phone to Apple Store to replace screen display). Other repair stores (non Apple Authorised stores) quoted me $700-$900 of non original screen replacement... I'd say, go to Service Plus and other Apple approved stores. Anyway, I'm super relieved and lucky that my phone feels like brand new all over again! Thank you so much for all your help!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was initially told by another authorised Apple service provider that my phone would have to be sent to Apple for a cracked iPhone 12 screen replacement, with a >14 day turnaround. I phoned ServicePlus who were able to do a same-day on-site screen replacement, with excellent communication from Piers and the call centre team! Fantastic experience: will be using ServicePlus for all my Apple-related repairs in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for an appointment on my MacBook pro 18's battery this morning. I was told the battery can't be replaced under warranty because it still has 92% capacity, ok that's fine I understand that. Then I realized there is another issue on my mbp---loose left USB-C charging ports. The service person was incredibly rude to me said " what do you want me to do?" " That seems normal to me"
As an authorized apple service provider, this attitude to customer is totally unacceptable. I will make a formal complaint on this issue to Apple. Sadly there is no Apple Store( Genius bar) in New Zealand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my phone in for a screen repair and the team did a really phenomenal job on repairing my screen. It was as if I had bought a brand new phone. The process did take longer than expected due to stock shortages for a required piece for my phone but that was understandable from my end. But I did appreciate the continual updates from the team.
If one improvement is probably to send customers an email with instructions on how to turn off the "Find My".
But apart from that, I am really satisfied with the service I received.
