★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not going to lie, going into this store made me really uncomfortable. I lovely Lonely as a brand but this store felt very really weird. It was very dark, there were limited sizes and options on display and the staff did not make me feel welcome. Maybe there was some inside secret I don't know about this store, because I felt like a total outsider. Will stick to ordering online or going to stores that feel more inclusive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a really interesting store. It feels a little strange walking down the corridor but once you are inside it's very unique. The don't have all clothing sizes on display but the staff are really helpful. I love all their marketing too. The don't use skinny underwear models. They use real women. This is a high end store but the quality is lovely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our recent experience at this boutique was exceptional. My sister tried on a swimsuit which she loved, so I went back and bought it as a surprise gift. Later in the day I was contacted by the staff, informing me they received a request for the same swimsuit from someone who they suspected was my sister. In the end, the team prevented her from accidentally purchasing it and the surprise went really well. I was so impressed with their attentiveness and felt like a valued customer. Big thanks to Layla and the team!
