★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is 1 but the brand deserves 0. I have bought a pair of trousers (300NZD) 2 weeks ago. After wearing 2 hours, the trousers broke. I bring it back the day after to try to understand. The lady tell me that she can't give me an other one, refund me. I need to wait for the trousers to be send to the HQ. It is been 2 weeks, noone called me, I have no news from the trousers and there is no way to contact the HQ. 2 weeks without news for what is suppose to be a high quality service and product.
I want to report here, a problem with the quality, a problem with the service and the communication. I am really disappointed and won't advice anyone to buy anything from this brand.
