Looksmart Alterations is always looking for extraordinary individuals to join the team. We currently have positions vacant for Tailors, Sewing Machinists, Shop Managers and Customer Service waiting for you. With our on-going training, you will extend your tailoring, management, dressmaking, fashion and customer service knowledge which inline, will help you advance in your career. In fact approximately 15% of our existing franchisees started as Looksmart staff working as tailors, shop managers and even customer service staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ QUALITY OF WORK - Gave 3 pairs of pants for shortening - but it was still too long despite taking measurements in person. Had to give it for rework and come back a second time.
SERVICE - The person resisted trying to work on it again and acted like they were doing me a favour by accepting it a second time. I was then supposed to collect it on Friday evening - but it wasn't done. Came back on Saturday morning - still not done. Had to wait around on Saturday afternoon for another hour for the work to get completed. This brings me to the last point:
EXPENSIVE - 3 pairs for a simple shortening costed me about $80! For this level of quality of work and service that's just ridiculous. I asked (at the second time) if I could have the waist altered a bit, but I was told I have to pay the full cost all over again.
EDIT: Work still wasn't done on Saturday despite waiting around for an hour. Was asked to come back on Sunday because it was "too busy".
