★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing and not honorable. Wasted my time, money and travel from out of town to collect an item which was sold before I arrived in the time space I had advised. NZ goes on there word and this should be honored when selling goods. Would not deal with these people again. ???

The service is great. and the price is affordable .she did amazing job for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used to use this alteration service since about 2015-2016 because they were fast, kind, good at altering and affordable- we also recommended them to a lot of our friends. However, lately they have been very rude and unprofessional to us which has been very disappointing. As you can see in the picture below, we got the hems of the pants altered but you can see the stitchings all on the outside of the pants- never would have paid for this service if this was what we would have gotten. They also don’t complete tasks on time unlike what was planned in advance- they started the alteration when we went to pick it up… Also told us their prices are too low so they’re gonna raise the prices- why tell us? Won’t ever be using your service again. Need to learn some humility when we have supported your business for nearly 8 years.
