★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person at Shore City repaired a seam that was coming undone on a sweater for me and did some other repair work on it. She was friendly and accommodating, did a good job and could do it within 15 minutes. My expectations were exceeded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m not usually one to leave negative comments but my experience here has left me thoroughly disappointed. I went with a dress and jeans needing alteration. Neither my dress nor jeans were given the attention it needed as requested and as a result of that, I was unable to wear the dress that I needed to attend a wedding and the jeans I had to finish off the job myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've used this service several times for basic alterations. The woman who runs the place is always courteous and careful about what I want and changes have also been well done. She's also careful to explain what's not possible and why, which is really good. Turnaround time is generally very good and, again, you know exactly what to expect. The only negative is that prices seem high for simple work like hemming.
