The front of the house has limited English proficiency and also limited understanding of the business. I went in the shop and the vague explanation was - yes we can do that, 30$ per tee, but need different icture format. Provided what was requested, albeit a several emails were exchanged and of course, several hours had past.
After all that, a senior employee enters the email chain, saying that I need to pay $40 surcharge, if I need them the next day. Totally understand, but that's sth you inform about before the hours spent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Messy, unprofessional job. Got initials printed on a cap for a birthday present.
Uneven glue coming out the sides of the letters, the initials aren't even straight and there was a print shadow above one of the letters that I had to scrub to get off and ended up scuffing the material.
There's some photos to show you. The last photo "Gill" is the hat brand print and shows what a professional print should look like.
The woman said that their print would look the same but as you can see, it doesn't.
It looks cheap and tacky and I feel like it has kind of ruined the hat.
I regret doing this.
