★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been trying for many times over the months. They never ever ever pick u. Direct voice mail. Why bother assigning a phone number to your business. Same number for Moneygram and Lotus money Sylvia park. Staff is present but they never pickup any time even when they are idle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there on a Thursday 12pm. The lady at the desk had excellent customer service skills BUT seemed to be not familiar with her work. It took 30 mins per customers to be serviced. Ridiculous waiting time at such a horrible waiting area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most horrible & pathetic experience ever had in my life ! The lady who is working over there truly needs to be trained for this job as she can’t do even basic calculations! Truly basic !!!! I’ve been in the queue for 25 minutes then after I got inside she mucked me around for another 20 minutes and at the End she couldn’t even calculate a basic exchange for the value of $950 NZ and after 45 minutes of wasting time in total she said “ sorry I can’t calculate this “ ?seriously it was pathetic ! Unbelievable! I would never ever go there again and I don’t recommend to anyone unless you have lots of time to waste or laugh because it was hilarious ?

I have seen some really rude customers whilst waiting in line, and seriously cant believe the comments i see on here or any other lotus reviews website. if you have a positive attitude towards someone you will receive the same back. is it really so hard for customers to be patient and kind?? Every time i have come into Manukau and Sylvia Park branches the ladies are always so kind !! Keep doing a great job ladies and continue to serve us customers during pandemic, you guys are the best !
