โ โ โ โ โ Burger patty was cold in the middle. Dining area was a mess with litter scattered all over the tables from previous customers. Standard at this burger king has really dropped.

โ โ โ โ โ Typically always a queue when I want to go, service is slow & needs HUGE improvement there!
Definitely still a lover of the whopper but 9 times out of 10, even though this is the closest fast food restaurant to where I live, if I can be bothered driving to the BK in Panmure, I'd rather go there but this one.

โ โ โ โ โ Went here on a not so busy day to try this branch. Better BK than the other ones i've been. Not much of dining spaces though.
I've ordered whooper as always, one of my fave burger here. Just disappointed as no mayo available! Also, staff placed our food on a take away bag, in fact we went there to dine in, they should've asked me in the first place coz i was expecting my food to be on tray, so that's a bit a failure on the staff, i would suggest them to smile too! ? it wasn't a busy day, maybe they're tired or something but i do hope they radiate some good vibes on diners!
Wait time for food is acceptable, or maybe because it wasnt as busy as other BKs i've been. ?
Loo needs an upgrade (or makeover!)

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered a rebel cheeseburger and a rebel bk chook, I had never tried either so did not know how they were meant to taste but was suspicious that I had been given real meat instead. Confirmed about 5 hours later when I had horrible stomach cramping and nausea. I have since had these burgers at a different location and they taste very different so I am certain I was given real meat at this branch. They also charged me for a hawaiian bk chook and gave me a small fries instead of a large so theres that too.

โ โ โ โ โ fries were ice cold. asked for a chocolate shake twice and still got vanilla. burger had one singular onion ring and was barely cooked worst bk iโve ever been to in all of nz. i have never left a review but had to hop on for the state of this meal

โ โ โ โ โ Super Shake? nope. Watered down with no hint of the Lime and Chocolate syrup for the shake. I receive this after a 20+ minute wait in your drive thru. Not to mention I did not receive the sauce I paid for. Would not recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ Well, it's a fast food place. If this is your jive- you'll be happy here. They have great vegetarian options. I can recommend the "Rebel" range as the Burgers are a nice alternative to their meet offerings.
