β β β β β Doesnt even deserve a 1 star. Lady at the counter is despicable. Had this cold rude behavior twice . People shouldnt be treating other people like that. Providing information regarding money transfer is her job, she replied like I disturbed her sleep or private business or some thing. When I had the first bad experience , I thought she might be having a bad day. But I would not except such a response repeatedly .

β β β β β The store even doesnβt deserve one star, I would like to give them 0 star if applicable.
The Indian lady at counter looked at me grumpy, the whole conversation was very rude. She eventually told me that she couldnβt service me after I filled out the application form and throw my ID back.
I just read the other peopleβs comments, so she was not just to me but to everyone.
I doubt if she is the family member of the owner, or how on earth that someone has no sense of customer service can do this job?
I understand that everyone has our own personal issues, but at work at least try to be
Professional.
I hope who has read my comment please go to other branch or use other transfer company. No one deserves to be treated by her attitude.
