★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont buy from these people. When i went to exchange an item bought from here and they were not even giving me the price of the gold. Whats the point in buying 916 gold if we dont get the price for it. Rip off. Horrible customer service.

Again you have received wrong information from your staff. The item was purchased on mid dec 2020, which means its not even 2 years since i purchased the item. I never asked for a full refund. If you check the item you can see that it was hardly worn and i did mention to the staff the reason why. After that due to the corona situation i couldn't bring it back to exchange.
All i wanted was to exchange the item and purchase from you something that suits me. The price given to me was half of what i purchased and since the gold value has increased significantly from the time i bought initially, the price provided was very low. We asked the staff to show us designs that are equalling the gold grams of the item i want to change and was happy to pay extra. They didn't even bother to do that and was arguing the whole time. Not sure how you expect to retain a customer who had been purchasing from you for several years.

Vishal helped us find the right coloured stones and went above and beyond to find the best size and fit. The experience has been nothing short of memorable and amazing.

I was pleasantly surprised that Joti managed to assist us so well and even got such a good value for the price paid. She was very transparent with her feedback which both of us appreciated. She showed us wide range and explained the the specifics behind different design and helped make the best decision. I am happy with my forever jewels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took our 2.5yr old daughter in this morning to get her ears pierced. Nina was so wonderful, she spoke directly to Clara and explained in a clam and clear manner what happening at each step. If you have any concerns call in advance to make sure there are two people rostered on who can do both ears at once. Today it was only Nina so one ear at a time, but even so, it went very smoothly.
