β β β β β The worst service I have ever received among all luxury stores. Once had a great experience here but the service quality varies depending on what you wear. Waited for around 20min to get help, no staff gave us a hand.

β β β β β Visited the store this month. I was thrilled to see no need to line up to get in. I came in to get a bag repaired but of course had a browse while there. I was looking at replacing my work bag. Antonia was a fantastic SA, she was very relaxed and kind, showing me many bag options and listening to my needs. I would highly recommend her is you are shopping in the Queenstown store, she is a breath of fresh air.

β β β β β Walked in actually with the intention to buy a scarf... waited. No one served me, despite 3x staff being on duty, one was on their phone. I even gave her eye contact twice and she looked the other way. I had the money, but obviously didn't look wealthy enough to be served, so left. Service is part of the deal for me and here I got none, so goodbye. Will buy something NZ made from a friendly local instead.
