★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a beautiful spa! Des is the Eyebrow Queen and so lovely. Your staff were all very professional, friendly, and warm. They were all beautifully dressed with hair and makeup to match. I’m so glad I finally had the opportunity to try it out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a little bit of luxury today with an amazing facial, my first at Loulous and my first in about 10yrs. Can’t rate it high enough. Jemma was thoroughly professional and made me feel totally comfortable and relaxed. Came away feeling pampered and de-stressed. If you are after luxury and pampering and the extra little touches like a bliss ball and water at the end then Loulous is the place to go. Very surprised at the cost too. Was expecting and would’ve been happy at twice what I was charged. Such a lovely way to spend 90min.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attention to detail makes these guys stand out from the rest. Although i didnt love my first float I would give it another go. The massage was the best i have ever had. Things that were great.. name card with a drink jusr for me.. all the hair and body products you can use after your float so you dont go home salty. The caring staff

It was a happy atmosphere as I waited for the conditioning treatment to take.
A village atmosphere as locals came.
Adult cuts children's cuts. Happy children and mothers as they left.
Value for money.
My hair was perfect.
Parking access good.
Not all the hype of some salons but 2 3rds cheaper. Quiet buzz and ? customers.that counts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These two absolute treasures (Jemma and Kelly) provided me with such amazing service. I was in a sticky situation (a documentary interview was sprung on me where I was needing to be filmed without a mask) and needed waxing urgently. Kelly took the call and understood my predicament and immediately squeezed me in and Jemma provided the best and super quick service going above and beyond, she even applied makeup as I didn’t have time to get home before my appointment. I didn’t even have to ask - she got it. These two ladies I felt had my back in this situation and should be congratulated for the way they treated me. You two will go absolutely far in your industry and professional careers. You understood what the customer required before even having to ask. All the best and a very huge thank you
