★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son and I have purchased three trailers off Lucca Trailer; an 8 x 4 with cage and cover, tandem with brakes, and a contractor's double side entry fully enclosed and lockable. We couldn't be happier for the price and quality of these trailers and quite frankly, the quality of some other trailers fall short of the standard you expect for your money. When we did have a minor problem with a component the response was rapid and very satisfactory. I have no hesitation rating them 5 star, highly recommending, and purchasing from again in the future. Buy with confidence!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was just horrible. We agreed about a trailer and booked a time to pick it up. When we arrived trailer was not ready. They tried to sell us something that did not suit us instead. We were waiting for an owner (who was not there) for about 2 hours long. When he finally picked up the phone his speech was disrespectful, insulting and not client friendly at all. Regardless of we spoke with him nicely, it didn't help. Eventually, we bought a trailer from another company but lost a day by trying to solve this problem and our plan was postponed. Horrible service. Not recommend at all.

They don't answer calls emails or txt. No customer service at all.
Still waiting for my trailer has cost

I *tried* to order one of their trailers via their website and completed the checkout process over a week ago.
Problems:
- No confirmation email from them. I had to follow them up.
- They "couldn't find" my payment, even though I paid via stripe
- Website said they had items in stock. but after I followed them up they said they didn't have something in stock
- I've been trying to contact them daily ever since and they will not return my calls or emails.
I've had to start the credit card charge back process now. What a hassle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased trailer with cage, cover and spare wheel. Registration and WOF was organized for me in advance which was fantastic as Auckland was in level 3.
It was ready at arranged time on Saturday for pick up, owner was very helpful and staff was friendly.
I have already used trailer to pickup some dirt and metal, it drove well and the design is well thought out.
Very happy with trailer and it was well priced.

They always grab my contact details, emails address bla bla and then they tell you one their staff will call you back. Unfortunately no one will call you then you have to follow up again and same thing again, can u back bla bla bla

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Terrible communication. Waited 8 weeks for a 10x5 trailer cover to arrive. The worst is I have called 7-8 times over the last 5 weeks, emailed multiple times just to get an update. No one calls back, no one gives any answers, no one cares....
Then I am notified they have one. Its sent out incomplete and comes covered in Black Mold, stinks likes it been sitting in water for months. After trying to get hold of them non stop they advise me to send it back so we can move on.
