★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all the address google gives is wrong. The accurate address is 3 mins away where you can see this blue sign with the road name on it:taungatara road.
And this hike is not as excited as I want. At the battery site, there are some old equipments there. Boring. The actual mine is actually really far away from the battery site. There is a spot called foreman’s cottage. I was hoping there were the ruins of the cottage, but there were nothing. What a waste of my time ?
